    • RS-GS02A automatic duplex slitter is suitable for slitting metal sheets used for can body making. It is mainly used in canbody production line to cut aluminum alloy sheets into body blanks of the required size. A control system, equipped with a touchscreen panel, permits the setting of different slitting sizes and the cutting 33 sheets per minute.

    Automatic duplex slitter is composed of feeding machine, the first transfer system, high precision slitter, the second transfer system, high precision slitter and automatic collecting system.

    • Automatic duplex slitter is equipped with servo motor controlling system, touchscreen panel for automatic dimension adjustment, and encoder controlled time synchronization system, thus to ensure a high production efficiency.
    • Equipped with double sheet testing unit, able to test the overlapping of two tinplates, thus to ensure the stable running of our machines.
    • Main axis of the slitter is manufactured by high-precision machining centers of world's renowned brands, with a dimension tolerance of ±0.01mm. Slitter is made of superior high hardness alloy steels, allowing a high slitting precision of 200mm and a tolerance of ±0.03mm.
    • High quality electrical system and control system, stable controlling precision and high efficiency of dimension adjustment.
    • NSK manufactured main bearing helps to ensure the slitting accuracy.
