Our training course is uniquely designed to either complete production line or to individual machines, enabling operators to operate and service our equipment in a safe and effective manner, without having to seek assistance from external experts.
The technical maintenance of equipment is one of the services we provide at Canrace. Our staff delivers 24-hour customer services to tackle your tough challenges in time, guaranteeing safe and constant operation of your equipment while reducing costly production downtimes and extending the useful life of the equipment.
After equipment installation, commissioning and training being completed, we will keep in touch frequently to make sure the machine keeps running smoothly. Canrace's machine comes with a full one-year warranty. When new machines are delivered to customers, no commissioning service will be charged for the first time (excluding the transportation and accommodation fees). And customer only needs to pay for the commissioning service if warranty period expired. In this case, Canrace engineers will arrive to deliver commissioning or maintenance service in the shortest time to reduce downtime to a minimum.
