Automatic Can Body Welder, RS-360

The RS-360 automatic can body welder is mainly used in three-piece canbody production line to complete the processes of can body rounding, conveying and welding. It is suitable to produce cans of different diameters (52-153mm), different heights (60-320mm), different thicknesses (0.14-0.4mm) and production efficiency ranges between 100 and 200 cans per minute. Meanwhile, canbodies of different types, such as milk powder tins, aerosol cans, beverage cans, etc. can be welded.

• Sine wave inverter system allows stable welding and clear welding bead in high-speed welding process.
• Adjustable current load can test current in bonding part and two ends of cans.
• Automatic control system: self-adjustment of can heights, automatic calibration.
• Optional mercury-free welding wheels to meet the quality standards in food production.
• Optional online current detection system to supervise the current waves during welding, thus the rejection rate will be lowered.
